ICSI
Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) – ICSI is performed at Dallas IVF for couples with severe male factor infertility; often, artificial insemination is not a viable treatment option for these couples.
ICSI, a laboratory procedure, is performed in conjunction with an in vitro fertilization cycle. During the procedure, individual sperm are injected into the egg for the purpose of achieving fertilization.
After five days, successfully fertilized embryos are then placed into the uterine cavity.
